I like to monitor the first couple layers to make sure it is sticking and running smooth then I can walk away.
An issue that frame will pose it is not manifold or water tight. I have printed every thing I designed that way so it might not be too big of deal. You are correct on size this issue is removing the support materials. I printed out some thumb screws so I can level out the bed easier. It really took care of several major issues the next is getting a uniform print but that is literary just heating everything up and jamming a feeler blade in there it running a dial gauge across it adjusting and testing. It is very time consuming just to level and even out the bed 45 minuets for each go is reasonable not including the print time.

I tried printing out a frame at .058 size and it printed only some of the supports and nothing else... So it looks like I have to brake this down into parts as it is. That will have better results anyhow as it will be one piece and not a complex frame. I did print out a case for my cheap dial gauge it turned out ok I wont be attempting a massive print like the engine block. The outside was not perfect but the inside was spot on.

You're most likely going to need to work out a system to print and join it. Breaking the model into sections at the midsection of the chassis verticals might be a good place to start. One glued, each vertical would be full size.

Damn! That front slip angle is way too large and the Ackerman is just a muddle.

I am not aware of a good program that can just slice it into sections like that. I still might run into issues like I already had. The file is not manifold so I am sure that is working against me to. If I could get a file group for each individual cut piece and bent I would be more willing to attempt that.
