I was just looking at the web site below and noticed he seems to be using a solid piece of tubing for D and F what is the pros and cons of this.

it's worth looking into, but for the record i did not use one peice D/F (those are my build photos). :D

Hmmm
They looked 1 piece to me.
I think I am going to try 1 solid piece and cut and weld the angles
