I have concrete poured up to the edge of my foundation, including around electrical conduit that goes under the house. And there is a water problem in my crawl space that seems to center where that conduit goes under the house (which is next to a downspout).
I'm wanting to cut my concrete driveway about 12" from the edge of the house, trench it, and put some drain pipe. So we're talking at least a 30 foot cut here thru concrete that I *think* is 3" thick with no rebar. I think.
Would a simple hand circular saw w/ a $50 diamond 14" wheel be sufficient? Or am I gonna want to rent a real concrete cutter for the day?
Thanks...
Tim W
