I found UB Machine very useful and helpful. Things like tapered pins for spindles etc., they have many versions for Pinto...

I was thinking about talking to them about fabricated wishbones and front spindles. My recollection is they make parts we can use, but they need to be asked to make both right and left sides of some.

It's great you guys are looking at ways to make our place better. I think the fresh eyes is good so I don't want to slow down the thinking. We have some of this stuff available to you now or close to anyway. One thing we can do on a thread like this is for the owner to edit the first post in this thread to, for instance, maintain a collection of the links posted here in some outline fashion.

Editing your first post is a powerful way to be able to present this information. A difficult thing is deciding how to organize the outline, but you can decide to present the info multiple ways if you have links to other threads. I'm just trying to say it's pretty much wide open.

Then there is also a LocostUSA wiki which Dave Hempy setup and there was some work on. I'd like to see us do a better job of presenting models people have made for 3D or FEA etc. Maybe the wiki works better for that?

Here is an Excel file with the links that I have stored in my Fabrication folder. Feel free to use or reformat as needed.

I've been working on my fuel tank design and found this great website for random fuel tank parts.

https://www.fueltankparts.com/

I especially like these ball fitting heck valves they have, pretty cool little setup.

Fueltankparts had the unique rubber filler neck hose that I needed for my Birkin. Interesting catalog.

I want everyone to know I've updated the first post with a link to a Google Sheet document with a list of links.

/\ That should deserve a stickie since, at some point in time, it will fall off the page and be lost forever. Cody, Thanks for the time you put in.

Not a problem!

I figured if I made it editable then it could be added to as needed although if anyone has links to anything but not the time just post on here and when I get a chance I can add it.
