I needed to add 8 threaded holes to the Sprite's body and decided it was finally time to get a rivnut tool. I went cheap since I won't be using it a lot and this one from Amazon won: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B081G ... UTF8&psc=1 Price and mandrel design* were my main criteria. I am not sure how I managed to make it through multiple car projects without owning one of these but I'm happy with it. *I wanted something with a mandrel design that could be easily made on the lathe for either replacements or to add additional size options |
