Ok so here's the idea. Just shoot some tabs off the knuckle and attach the arms like I would to the chassis with mounting tabs.
I would have to somewhat mold the arms to the knuck and maybe cross drill the tabs along the knuck to get a better purches into the knuckle when welding. Any ways the pic is a very crude alteration just to show you the basic idea. I know that I have to be sure it all fits inside the wheel package I select too.

I would build the chassis to accept the parts, not the other way around. Bushes can be used for the upper and lower with sphericals for the other mounts to prevent binding. If I wanted traditional style locost control arms, I'd go with the tbird parts.

I don't have a chassis yet so I am simply looking to start with the perfect upright for my app.
I am thinking of selling the uprights on ebay and keep the bearings so I can make my own upright.
My reasons for this are many
1. I want the fantastic adjustabitity of hiems.
2. The stock upright weights much more than I need.
3. I don't want to run a strut type rear suspension.
4. The upright can't be modified safely due to it being cast.
5. The king pin angle is not very good on the upright.
6. I will be using larger wheels than these uprights were designed for so I can make them a bit roomier for my app.
7. so on and so forth.

My original build left me feeling like I could do better. Any I have. I switched the 4agze for a super bike engine that weights less and makes more power. I now post in the bec section.
