I didn't see a bushing topic on the first page, so assuming the most recent one would be 10+ years old I figured I'd post what I found.
I spent a lot of time looking for bushings, and then looking for tube that would fit said bushings. Not having a lathe really limited my ability to get what I wanted for a "locost" price. That being said I think I did a pretty good job finding the right combination.
Paul Horton's has outer tubes ready to weld. When I did the math is was cheaper to buy the pieces from there, then buy stock and trim it to length. Not only are these all the correct length, but they are also ready to weld.
They sell bushings too, but I found that it was more cost effective to order those from
suspension.com. They carry Prothane and Energy Suspension bushings and others (They are all the same company it seems.) By going to the link here vs. the prothane, or energy suspension website you get to search all their products, instead of just one brand or the other.
Another bushing supplier I found is
polybushing.com. If I had a lathe and could clearance tubes for the bushings I probably would have ordered from here, but the sizes weren't super useful for the tubing I would have had access to.
I hope this helps someone in their search for parts. Luckily I wasted most of my time searching at work.
