Hi,

I am following the Vodou Design. I have been getting by with the 25.4mm = 1 inch. But now I got to the part of the control arms/bushings/bolts. I can't find 33.7mm diameter steel tubing near by. Anyone know a place online where I can get metric metal or can source my control arms/brackets?

Use 1.375" diameter and move on.

That works, thanks. Any recommend thickness?

Use whatever English wall thickness is just above the metric size. You're going to have to deal with this all the way through the design; just substitute the next larger "American" size for whatever you need. I suggest also sticking with English size rod ends else you'll have to fabricate adaptor bushings.

What bushings would I use with these?

You're building a custom - essentially one-off - car, so you're going to have to figure out everything as you go along. That's a great part of the adventure, figuring out how to solve the various puzzles - no one's going to lay it out like a kit. I (and probably most here) don't know the Vodou design so we can't comment on what bushings they use or what you can use in their place. My advise is to read through the many build diaries here and see what others have done, as there's about a millions ways to build a car and they all work pretty well.
