I was online looking at craigslist. In the "Mustang" section I happen to see the seats out of a 2011 Mustang convertible. As I looked at them I realized the rear seat with just a little rework would look good in a Locost. The actually would be closer to an original Lotus 7 but more supportive.

Something to keep in mind for the next build!

In the book, the rear seats from the donor sedan were used for the Locost seats. Those look like a pretty good option.

A lot of the newer vehicles use the floor pan to form the rear seat shape so plan on building a bucket to bolt to the floor but the back should work great.
