Hi guys,

I wonder if any of you building graduates could school me on how to make a tonneau cover for my locost. I would like to park my locost in the driveway next Spring and it seems that a soft cover stretched over the cockpit and steering wheel would allow me to do that. I only have a vague idea about this item. I would use low stretch backed vinyl? and studs, what else?

Thanks for your help

Philippe

You could always do like I'm going to do, my local boat canvas man always needs work in the winter so he's going to make my tonneau and soft top for my car. occasionally you can score some ising-glass (sp) to make the windows when they have some extra since they typically throew it away since the normal boat uses only big peices on normal boats

I had one like this made for my MG 20 years ago...

Found it.... (actually 2)
....How to make them. Here is a link to the articles.....

As I said before the one I had made for my MG had a big plastic zipper down the middle so I could keep it on when driving. Looking at the picture above of the Westfield I am not sure how reasonable this would be or if it would obscure vision. Hope that was of some help
