Thought I would post a couple pics of Fabrik8's radiator mount.

Nice fab. Don't forget the isolators to prevent cracking from vibration. I use blue pvc load rated grommets from Mcmaster. Just drill the holes in the fan to fit the grommet OD with an ID large enough to accept the bolt with a nyloc on the inside or a short piece of tubing over the welded stud for a positive stop for the nut. I'll find the page for him.

This radiator is a direct mount type (circle track with dzus tabs pre welded form the manufacturer) I got the impression the radiator was designed to be dzus mounted, do you think I still need vib isolators, if so where just the fan, or radiator to frame? the radiator is pn 2020225010 from c&r radiator. I certainly don't want to cause undue dammage, however I want a simple clean install. My mounts are brackets with dzus fasteners 4 places, with oval holes in the frame brackets to allow minimal movement and of course the dzus springs flex a little, let me know what you think. Thanks!

Those extended mounting brackets might have just enough flex that you might get away without any isolaters, myself I would err on the side of caution since it is cheap and easy at this point and insulate them as MiataV8 suggested.
Short track cars will have a lot of short cuts done for quick repairs throughout the race season, what is fine for that situation may not be the best for a street car, assuming that is the main usage.

I must say I really like the clean installation, nicely done.

Al

Take a look at C&R's off road application radiator mounting to see if it is different.

Typically, racing parts do not a have much of a warranty, but these are obviously more durable than a plastic oem radiator or a copper/brass that was soldered versus brazed.

For street use, I'd use isolation mounts as Al suggested.
