I found this exhaust on craigslist for $25. I could not resist. It is a little heavy but is sounds great. It did take a couple of nights of cutting and welding.

Harley Exhausts are for winners. I think mine were $10.50 for the pair off ebay and under $50 shipped to my door.

Mine are a little loud, but quieter than my Rx8 Daily driver and now backup race car.

It's a great look and somewhat unique. What size are the inlets for the mufflers?

Mine are 2 inlets are 1.75 I do believe.

From the engine there are 4 x 1.75 they merge in 2 X not sure, they merge going into 1 x 2.25 where the O2 sensor is, then I made a Y connector from a single the 2.25 to 2 x 1.75 exhaust inlets.

Interesting idea, should be lots of stock takeoffs around too. I had a quick look on eBay, and found some that have turndowns too, they look a lot like the pip3s I built for my car using 2.25" glasspacks. I'm guessing that's probably basically what these Harley mufflers are. And when I saw Harley exhausts, I thought it meant open headers, which is what my car had for a while.

Not the quietest exhaust. I tried them 2 years ago hoping to quiet down my current exhaust. I did comparison testing with a sound meter and posted the results here http://www.locostusa.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=27&t=15159&p=165597&hilit=harley+dB#p165597 I did not end up using them.
