I've seen worse driving in Bermuda, where they do not allow tourists to rent cars, only scooters up to 80cc.
I remember one example vividly. I'm on the main road with a few scoots in front of me. They are all looking to the left toward the sea, a scooter merges from a road on the right but doesn't turn his head enough to see past the blind spot of a full face one of the scooters.
The two scoots are parallel to each other, one looking left, the other looking right. They come within inches of hitting each other, never seeing each other, swerve away still not seeing each other, then as if there was a great magnetic attraction, they quickly collide. Plastic flies off and they stop. I laughed so hard I nearly fell off my own scoot. No injuries.
