In the interviews they said that they are using an ultima again as the test mule, it's name is George this time - the mule will be used to validate the V12 and box while all the carbon chassis work is being done. What a fun package that will be.

Thanks, I missed that. Deja vu all over again. George had were two Ultima-based predecessors, both were test mules for the F1. Albert (with a big block Chevy) and Edward (for the BMW V12.) Both were crushed when the test program was complete.

Although Murray modified them for the F1 preliminaries, Ultima hasn't changed their basic tube frame chassis in 30+ years. Lee Noble got it right, sold the design to Ultima and continued to used it for his Noble car line. Over time, Ultima has made a number of changes to their bolt on running gear, body aero and drivetrain options. But the basic chassis is the same.

Hmm, the T.50 drivetrain must fit in there somehow...
