...dun, dadun, dun, DONE!!!!

Nope no cleaned-up pretty posing. Its always dirty, and oily, and smelly, and I drive it around as much as I can with a huge smile on my face, though what with the wintry temps in my locale lately I haven't been able to commute in it daily as I had been... but, a bunch of various views from throughout the year since I got it inspected last march...

The cleanest its ever been, and ever will be, round about march 28, '14.

I gotta say it...I love EVERYTHING about this trike except the grill...which (to me) looks 40 years too new for the rest of the B-3's style. And now that I have my subjective aesthetic comment off my chest, congratulations are in order. You're an inspiration.

I don't know...It kind of looks like it's going to blink it's headlights and start talking to you.

Glad to see another completed build, and it looks like fun! I love how the dash came out, and the externally mounted controls are the icing on the cake.

Thanks guys. I put off posting on this forum for a long time, because, well we all know these things are never really "done", but I'm not building it anymore, y'know?

JD, not sure, won't be real soon. biggest problem is where I'd be building it. I only have the one bay of the graj, and as you've all seen, that's JAMMED. can't really bring myself to park the B-3 outside all the time.

there are two builds I definitely want to do, one is Bloody Hell (which I've talked about before), the other is the Water Buffalo G10 Resurrection, in which I resurrect my old Suzuki GT750 with a suzi G10 3 cylinder auto engine, turned longitudinaly with a 4 speed car box, hand shift, foot clutch like an old henderson or indian four...

That last I could probably do with the B-3 living in the graj still. On the other hand, Bloody Hell is getting that twin Suzi G16 straight-8 I have to cobble together, and that - the twin engine assembly - could get done with the B-3 living in the graj.

either way, I told pam I'd take a year off building anything else, but we'll see how that goes. I have to collect parts for whatever I do, next, so I'd expect the next phase would be photo essays of massive boneyard scrounges.

Congrats, Robb! I too will miss your build log, and like Jack and the others, I will not consider the B-3 done until it has a proper grill.

Thanks Nick! glad you all enjoyed the log, it was a lot of fun to write. like I mentioned, over in teh log I think, there are more updates I want to effect, adn they'll be chronicled there, but eventually some other build will take over my life again, to our mutual enjoyment. ;-)

Contrary to popular opinion I like the grill. I think it gives the car a little flair.

I've changed a little since that picture. I've cut my hair much shorter and have started having to wear tops with sleeves.

We need to meet up next warmer weather and I want a ride. You can drive my Hodgepodge.
