That video was posted by another Locoster with whom I shared a garage. Fortunately for us, his son was dedicated to photo and video for the day. He's pushing about 300hp through a turbo Miata motor so he's a little faster than me. His car is the prototype CMC car once owned by Grassroots Motorsports.

Jeff,
I am definitely enjoying the R1 Seven! I'm ashamed to say that I only made it to 4 track days this year. I'm trying to fit in 1 more this month. I have 1 weekend driving school and another track day scheduled for January 2013. I'm hoping to be more active in the coming year. How is the new project coming along?

That is not such a bad year, Aaron.

The new car has been fun, and I had a lot of fun this year drag racing. Lots of new challenges... The car is now all the way apart, and I have several fabrication projects on it lined up for the winter.
