I managed a couple of FTD's and firsts in our local hill climbs. I made one mistake. The car failed to turn in once, maybe it was a little airborne. Had to find a little soft spot between boulders lining the road. It worked, but I left the four wheels behind and the car went airborne, kicked up losing the tires I think. That hurt. A few car lengths thru the air and hit an oak tree head on some distance above the ground, then dropped.
Real trees don't have any amount of give. For our cars anything more than a very,very small tree is a pretty big deal. That road looks easy to cache a tire on if you drop it over the edge. If you mess up, you have to leave the road head on.
You're probably best off imaging the trees we have here, just to keep your self safe!
