About how I bent the pipe on the suspension. I can tell the whole story. Firstly, I used a steel pipe with a one-piece diameter of 25mm wall of 2.5mm. Secondly, the bending radius of the pipe is 50 mm. This is the radius I drew well, just because of the beauty. That in the manufacturing process brought me a lot of problems.
To begin with, I went to friends who build motorcycles they had a regular pipe bender of this type. In general, I immediately got a pipe room with a flattening. In the photo below I will be an example.



Then I began to puzzle how to make a bend? I refreshed knowledge, read books, looked at technology. And I decided to make a pipe bender of this type. It is universal and then useful for other works. But because of its versatility, it is difficult to bend a pipe with a small bend radius. I had to make such a small roller and 2 mandrels. In general, see the result on the photo.

Finally, the turner cut out the cones and seats for the nozzles. And this weekend I started assembling. First, I printed out the sweep of the surfaces. Then I applied and turned the lines of the cut. Then I cut off all the excess on these lines, and everything got up as it should. Then I weld all the details. Tomorrow I will clean up the protruding places.

The result was an intake manifold. Throttle valves from Toyota Levin motor 4age.

A complete set of boring of the cylinder block, new pistons, easier connecting rods, etc. The cylinder head was made to me by a nice guy, it's porting channels, lightweight valves, etc. (If I'm interested in detail, I'd like to make a second one for the gas tank. The third one started to lay the brake line. I bought such tanks on the Internet, and they are trying to install a large one. One line does not work. Oh, and here I decided to print the nose fairing on the 3d printer. Also a whole month is printed.

That's very innovative use of a 3D printer in creating that nose cone. I wish I'd have thought of that.

That throttle cable design is pretty cool. Nice nose cone too - makes me wish I had a 3D printer! Add that to the list - mill, lathe, 3D printer...

Is there a way for you to check the spray patter from the injectors? I would wonder about it because of how high up they are, if that makes sense.

Before you weld up the gas tank, add a couple baffles, dividing the tank in 1/3's. You may even want to consider adding hinged gates to the baffles leading into your center fuel pump area. I learned the hard way and had to add a sump because I only used one baffle in my original design. Dave W
