Finally found a 7 project after 20+ years of wanting to build one. Never seemed to have the time or the funds for a build. But I have the time now, and a few bucks set aside. So anyway, yesterday I dragged a neglected and very incomplete, ratty roller home and I couldn't be happier.
I'll post up a few things as I get into this project, if you are looking for a high dollar/high tech build to follow
..this isn't going to be a thread for you. But if you are in to low dollar you might want to follow along as I fumble through the rebuild.

She is a Toyota E series Corolla based kit. 2TC with a DCOE40 Weber and header, T40 trans. This may change as I'm a sport bike guy, and this would be a great little build for a bike engine.

It was a ride in a Fejer when I was 8 that had me fall in love with 7s.

Pics please!!

So it's in the shed now, had to take the barn doors off and remove the door frame. Removed the right front suspension and all the wheels....and had just enough room to swing it the 90* through the door.
Started the tare down and she is now sitting on stands as a bare frame. Soooo many pop rivets to drill, took ages to to do. Have the frame half way stripped down to bare metal to prep for paint as well.
Really enjoying this little project, keep seeing ways to improve it, modify it, and cost myself time and money...so hard to refrain from turning it into a long term money pit.
