i did remount the oxygen sensor closer to the turbo, for faster warm up and to lessen the delay of the info to the megasquirt.

then maybe a little over kill, upgraded rear heim joints from 1/2 inch to 5/8 inch, with hardware.
i dont feel any flex now.
and i case your wondering, those are NOT adjusted to all the same length. i adjusted till there was no bind in the suspension travel, yes and keeping in mind axle alignment.
think my builders ruler only goes to 1/8 inch. haha

few warm days i was out testing new improvements, only was useing breakin oil, so no high rpms yet. mobil1 soon.
5lb of boost by 2200 rpm,, 11 lb by 3900 rpm , enuff for now.
next week more warm weather, more fun an tests.
oh one more thing,, added a heater core and some ductwork under neath the left front fender, air move from high pressure inside the engine compartment to low pressure , air at 40 mph is reading 175f 6 inchs downstream from the air outlet, so it might be working.
will see when it 95 f outside. those times a had to limet my power out bit a little

hi
well its been a couple of years since i updated.
probably have 30 or 40 thousand miles on my car now.
still useing the ebay turbo , the biggest one of 3 i have had on it.
setup to 18 lb boost psi at 6800 rpm and 18% advance. still alittle conservative on the timing maybe. about max on boost with stock valve springs.
i hate running out of gas so i used a new gas gauge .

hi
that is a ebay capacitance fuel gauge sender, come in various lengths or can be cut.
need 12v power and ground , output is 0 to 5 volts , works great on my megasquirt.

hi
have been playing with boost psi , ignition timing , valve timing, water injection for max power.
18 psi of boost , 18 degrees of ignition advance.
calculated hp by 0 to 60 time is 450 to 480 hp.
i am useing my third and largest ebay turbo, no problem with them.
look on the graph below you can see 0 to 60 mph in 3.29 seconds.

hi
green = throttle position
white = rpm
yellow = rear wheel speed
red = front wheel speed

notice full throttle shifting, never miss a shift that way, just drops right in. easy on the drive train
