pretty much the same way you do, Wireaddict. Keep the list handy so I can add the new stuff as I think of it. And to scratch stuff off if I ever get it done.

As promised here's a screenshot of my cost log. Let me know if there's anything on that spreadsheet your interested in. I look back now and realize places I could have saved loads of money.
Now that I've driven it the first time I have a new list of priorities. It's nice having something to drive and show off even if the over all build is far from over. Can't wait to get the body on and get that low mean look going.

Been almost a whole year since my last post but there’s good reason. Probable Cause got REALLY wet in a storm and fried the OEM computer. I’ve saved my dollars and purchased a Haltech Elite 2000 and dual wideband kit. Everything is wired up and ready for first start. Haltech has been amazing and I will be calling them tomorrow night with my last couple of questions. Great thing about Haltech is they are based in Austrailia which means when I’m ready to work in the evening I can call up and they’re ready to help. Good poeple over there!
Since my last post I have done a huge amount of work! The body is permanently on, I’ve changed the entire wiring harness and ecu (as mentioned), I’ve redone and completed the exhaust system, put a rear bumper on(bonus points if you guess what it came off of), I’ve redone the from end including adding headlights, and who knows what else I’m forgetting. Lots of pics to follow. I have 1 week to get it to a car show at my kids elementary school!

A few catch up pics. Pretty soon it will come down off of the stands and roll out in the sun. I’ll get some good pics of that this week.

I need some ideas and pointers on cleaning up my wiring. I want a clean looking motors when all is said and done. My plan is to paint the intake and valve covers soon. It’s time to turn this junkyard dog into a head turner!

I forgot to mention I have completed all registration. I have a title and license plate for this beast. If you live in Texas and feel overwhelmed by this task let me know, I have the process down.
