installed the driveshaft, axles, transmission, engine saturday. Then yesterday i got most of the wiring finished. Just some minor wiring like the wideband sensor, radiator fans and headlights, tail lights are left. Yesterday i got all the engine wiring down to ecu and instrument cluster. I was pretty excited to see my engine light do its "flash" (special rom) and the motor turned over. Just need grab some E85 and test fire this thing

I sent some info and pics to "Steffy's", its a shop out east that keeps coming up anytime i search PennDOT specially constructed vehicle stuff requirements. The guy that normally does it was off sick but the, Fred, who i called Jeff, in the email, was super nice. And offered to help even knowing that im 300 miles away and plan to use a shop in Pittsburgh. Problem is I havent found a shop in Pittsburgh thats ever done anything similar to this or even a dune buggy

got my coilovers installed and tried mounting my hood. the hinge idea i had didnt work out in real life, in CAD it was perfect, it reality i couldnt open hood without ripping the brackets off the frame. so its just going to be pinned in like 5 spots after i straighten it some more. Also got some neat hose from work to use as intercooler piping.

That is AWESOME! Very cool idea, looks wild n crazy! (I mean that in a good way.)
