Thanks Beelzeboss.

So the other side is redone. Played with doing the setup and things look way better.

The plan for tomorrow is to do the rear setup and we will see.
But it is way better when it comes to stiffness.

Need to install the center drive shaft bearing and the CV shafts and then on to other things. I hope. :ack:

Today was find the drag on the power train ? It seemed harder to turn the drive shaft than is should. :BH:
So I pulled the shaft and the center bearing. Found it was dragging on a seal cover. This is where the squeak was from.
Made adjustments to it and moved on.

When I pulled the shaft I found a U joint had way to much play up and down ? They were soppiest to be new ?
Well ,NO they were not and after taking them apart I found one of the clips was never set into the reses also. :BH:
The builder even painted over the old dirt .
Finding the right joint was a pain also. Never thought a part for a 1995 would be so hard to find. They like to sell the hole drive shaft thing !
And mine was cut to fit. :ack:
Will need to look at the others when I pull the motor to install the Accusump fittings and hose.
fittings

Have another Ujoint coming but put it back together and tested it. All better !

It all good but I will never get that day back ! :BH:

Moved to the lower front shell mounts. Welded up some ears and now I will glass the shell flanges in place.
They will have a alignment pin installed on the ears to hold the sides in place.

The pad photos were poor. Sorry
Here are better ones and I had to make a different hood retainer. Ran out of adjustment.

Starting needing tabs to mount things. So I made a tool and will start with the dash housing.
Need to get things bolted down before doing the body work.
Can't have things moving around ? :ack:
