No Harbor Fright stuff there. The jig is orange and the bodywork is going to be green. Maybe Pook is actually a big time Miami Hurricanes fan (I know I am). Can't wait to see it with some minimal bodywork. 8)

The wheels are Konig Illusions. We got them from www.discounttiredirect.com . You can get a discount off the web pricing if you call 800 589-6789. Ask for Joey at extension 51869. He did not charge us for the valve stems and also added free shipping and a $50 discount. the total cost for the wheels and tires was right around $800 (We are using Hankook Ventus V12 EVO K110 in 225/45-17). The wheel size is 17x7.5 IIRC (I know they are 17" but forget if they are 7 or 7.5 wide).

Pook, it would be a nice thing for KY to beat UF in something other than basketball.

GO WILDCATS!

Bionicman's Mako is going to have Hankook R-S3 tires. He wants to go faster than me. While the Mako uses Solstice hubs and suspension arms, we wanted to use the smallest diameter wheel to help with performance. Our test 16" wheel rubbed on the caliper a bit, and we don't feel that shaving the caliper down is a good idea, although it would be an option for someone who wanted to use 16" wheels after they receive the kit.

In the good news department, my in laws are making an offer on a house in West Jefferson, NC. I will now (hopefully) have a free place to stay when I take some long weekends to the mountains to go driving. The roads and traffic in south Florida are terrible!
