How do you go about registering a scratch-built car with an motorcycle engine? I'm still in the planning stage and and trying to decide whether or not it's practical in CA.

Should be very easy, just like any other Locost in Calif. Use the SB100 rules and refer to the many posts in the "License and Title" section.
