My fault, I momentarily lost track of the thread.
I have a better sequence of photos somewhere but can't seem to locate them, I have added a few photos I did find.
It should be enough to give the idea.
I basically used 16 ga sheet steel to make a couple of plates that I bent to follow the contour of the seat back.
I took some tube with me to Pick A Part to find some headrests that fit the tube best, in my case the rear seat out of an Infinity if I recall right.
The rear headrests are also better condition than most front ones, so look there first.
I used button head bolts, the photos doesn't show the fender washers I used.
