Are you supposed to be able to actually download plans or drawings? So far all I can download are the pages telling you that you can download the files. No files and nothing that says what I'm doing wrong or how to download files.

Yeah, I get the same thing. I presume that you have to sign up...which is reasonable I guess.

It's well worth a few minutes to sign up as the drawings really are the dogs danglies.
A chassis built to Matt's drawings is not only lighter but stronger than the original which considering it's a Sports Car has to be a good thing. 8)

The thing is that it doesn't say you have to sign up so it appears that either the plans aren't really on the site yet or there's a glitch in the site due to the fact that you do actually download something, just not plans.

OK. I signed up. Then you have to go to the "Downloads" tab, NOT click on the link that says "Wishbone Plans Ready for Download".

We'll take a lookie-loo.

Yes, it was confusing to figure out how to download, but once I signed up and after exploring various tabs and clickables....
Fantastic work and given to all of us free. Makes me want to buy stuff from them... :D

downloaded all the Vodou drawings for the chassis and control arms, looks great, my build will be based on these plans.

Do we have an ETA on the other details Matt mentioned? (i.e. engine mounts, e-brake, diff nose, gearbox, etc)

Also wondering if any of the components are or will be available to purchase through the website. Specifically I am thinking the wishbone inserts... things that have threads and hex's that an average home builder wont be able to create.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just sent you a note. I have both the Saturn and Vodou plans. I studied both and ended up mostly following the Saturn design, though there were several missing critical dimensions for the rear a-arms.

I really just wanted something established that I could simply follow, but if I was doing it again I'd go a different route.

Looking to build a Locost with my students at a Technical High School, hence my screen name CTE "Career and Technical Education." Searching for a set of plans for a Miata based build. Is there a on-line source?

Thanks in advance

Pat
