The tire coefficient of friction - at temperature - is going to make any estimate pretty inaccurate.

Power to weight only goes so far. I have 215 rwbhp and 209 ft pounds, I also have great traction, I can really drive out of the corners. I can live with the high HP cars, but only for so long, then there pure HP takes over. I was at Road Atlanta a few weeks ago,the back straight was a perfect example, the first 1/3 of the straight I found hang with just about everything, but then they would slowly motor away. Apart from a GTR, that just killed me, I was amazed how fast that thing was.
