AN-6 fuel line.JPG

OK somebody school me. I'm cleaning out some things that I think may be useful to somebody here.

I think this can be described as AN-6 Stainless hose end w/90 degree swivel on both ends. It sure looks and feels like stainless. If I look at Summit Racing the swivel ends alone go for >$50 each (Earl's 609296ERL?) . Can that be right? I don't know about these AN fittings.

The hose is 24 inches from center of fitting to center of fitting. The braid has one or two broken strands. It originally came with my chassis and I don't think (?) it has been used. I know I never used it.

I'll throw in the AN-6 bulkhead fitting. Although that feels light enough to be aluminum.

I'll sell the hose with 2 fittings and the bulkhead fitting to anyone for $25 plus shipping. Sound fair? If I'm right, then the fittings alone are <1/4 of retail cost. If not, then make me an offer. Or tell me how to tell Stainless vs Aluminum without destroying the fittings. I know the aluminum fittings are much less $$.

I'm not a buyer but you asked to be schooled. The logo on the swivel ends is, for sure, Russell.

The rest of this is my best guess as to what you have:

I think it'd be fair to assume it's all Russell.

The hose ends and bulkhead are likely to be from their Endura line while the hose is likely Pro Flex.

Russell part number for the hose ends is R13161. The bulkhead fitting is 661181. Russell Pro Flex hose is R3206 for a 6' piece but some places sell a 3' or even cut-to-length.

If I was in the market, I'd buy it. It looks unused and is a good price. Alas, I currently have no need. GLWS.

APinSoFl, Thanks for the info.

Based on your name, I assume that you must have been hit by Irma. If so, I hope your storm damage was minimal.

Yep, I'm in S. Florida...born & raised here and not smart enough to leave. :) Thank you for the well-wishes. I live just South of Boca Raton and was lucky to get only tropical storm level winds. Two out of 4 houses in my extended family are without power but are otherwise fine. Thanks, again.
