Have decided to use my 225" odd-fire Buick V6 in another Dio-Tipo build on the TR4a frame.
Don't scoff at this little engine, it's one of the best 225" builds ever done.
Trans are easy to find but the bell housing is a bit of a pain.
Somebody here must have one laying around with all the Japanese engine swaps going on.

Cash or may have other GM parts to trade.

I'm pretty sure someone (Trans-Dapt? Ansen?) once made adapter plates to bolt Chevy-pattern bellhousings to the 225. You might call 'em up and see.

Sometimes old parts drop out of the catalogs, but can still be bought if you know what to ask for. (Offenhauser and Hilborn can make up any intake they ever offered, even stuff they haven't cataloged in decades, if you're willing to wait until the next batch goes to the foundry)

Bought an old original for only $25.00. :D
It's been repaired but looks pretty good.
Got it from an off-roader packrat who lives about two miles away.
Maybe I can recover some of the outlandish expense by selling the Jeep trans adapter that came with it?
Nearly finished moving into my new workshop and it seems I have more Buick V6's than I realized.
So still looking for more bell housings.

That's a 90 degree thing, correct? Otherwise I think I have an S10 60 degree V6 bell for a T5.

Buick V8 missing a couple of cylinders, no relation to Chevy.
