I've obtained far more in Sprite/Midget parts than ever intended.
Probably have almost anything you could desire except engines, and may have a spare 1098 short-block that is "Stuck".
I know the Spridgets are probably not a first choice in donors for anyone but myself.
I also know a lot of Locost guys have other cars too.
So let me know any needs or wants, anything beyond my own use is surplus and needs to go.

Which years would be 4.55?
Did finally find a couple of heads, need to clean them to read numbers.
Being greedy and so far keeping all the complete engines for myself. :P

OK, so my Morris Minor is probably running 4.55 as stock.
Plan is to put a 1098 into it as the 948 is a bit of a leaker and I live in a valley so the extra torque would help with hills.
When I swap engines the rear can become 4.22 at the same time.
Unfortunate that none of this is immediate.

Got carbs and intake that I can use for a 948? Thinking they used SU2's, which was used by most spridgets?

Rear axles?

Unless you want to take these Spridget parts off of my hands...

Seems I have two 12G295 heads but they need to be cleaned up and checked for cracks.
Need to keep one to complete a 1098 I have.

I have a complete SU set from a 1275 that are in need of rework, the dashpots are stuck, you can have them CHEAP!
Take a chance?, $25.00 and shipping, intake included.

Rear axles in abundance, shafts to complete rear ends.
Bolt on or wire wheel as needed.

HS2's? Those should work.... let's talk. Where, when how, etc.

I will gather up the parts in the AM.
Suggest removing the float chambers and soaking the rest in something, maybe Vinegar?
Linkage and manifold are worth the price.
USPS Medium flat-rate box $16.00
If that works for you I will PM my Zelle or Pain-Pal account info.
Much prefer Zelle.

If one hasn't been cut or cut minimally (was 2.750" thick from factory), let me know the price you're thinking. I'd be milling a bit off to work on a 948 so doesn't matter if it's had a light cut or two.

Measured from the block surface to the top surface where the rocker cover sits, correct?

Both are uncut.
Still need to clean them and check for cracks.
As I recall these are not so prone to cracking as the bigger valve "Cooper S" heads.

EDIT; OK, gave them a bit of cleaning and both look fine, no sign of cracking.
One had a bad #4 exhaust valve but the seat looks good.
If you are using this for racing you will be reworking them anyway.
What is your offer?

Yes, front and rear or just rear?
Complete or just the actual axles?
