I've been emailing with him today about fenders. He seems like a nice guy.

I want those rear fenders, I also want to work there.

I asked him what a pair of glass fenders would cost. He's supposed to be working something up on a cost estimate. I'm sure not cheap, but dammmm 8)

I think they're delusional about how many they'll sell at that price - which is only a 50% deposit! Read through the text and $68K only gets you a base model. Add in the "optional" items which are non-optional at that performance level and you're well over $70K. There are so many other options out there for $70K, but maybe that's just me.

the nc 5 speed won't like that kind of power. I know one rally car that tried that setup and the ecoboost ate the trans in short order on gravel. pretty much why I'm using the na version.... its easy to start frothing at the mouth over that ecoboost kit, just needs a more robust trans.

Imagine this: The At-om 3 or the RaceAtom are cheaper than this car.

I'm not cancelling my order for the At-om 3. http://arielatom.com/models-atom3/

(Just kidding, I already have too many cars .)

That one appears to have a ground to chassis clearance of about 1", I'd hate to take that around the local shopping centers, school zones, railroad tracks, out of my driveway....ummmm pretty much anywhere but a track.

A couple from my local SCCA group selling their cool toy... If I wasn't looking to move I'd be on this one like white on rice.

Spitfire with a 12A rotary. I've watched this one race a few times, it's a seriously wicked little machine.

Thought this was unique enough to merit posting for your guys. No affiliation

https://seattle.craigslist.org/est/ctd/5940921635.html

Bit of a hefty price for what it is but interesting none the less.

I think the decimal point is in the wrong place. The chassis looks terrible, made from a badly hacked up up roll cage. $1,795.00 is a reasonable price as a parts car.

For Sale or Trade: Lotus Super Seven kit car. Also called a Caterham. Super light real roadster. The picture is of the car last xmas. Many new aftermarket parts were purchased for the car so it has been disassembled. Needs some TLC and to be put back together. Completely built these cars sell for 20-40k. Cheap kits sell for 10-15k. If you want an awesome extremely fast roadster, this is it. It has a Nissan A15 Stroker motor. All new internals. 5spd manual and Nissan rear end. The list of parts goes on and on. Serious enquiries only. $5000obo

Will consider trade for motorcycles, big SUV 4x4, big truck 4x4, other project cars. Don't call me with junk this car is faster than most corvettes. Diesels are interesting of course.

car was tagged in Desoto County, but title is missing, sold with bill of sale from titled owner.

BAT has a Mallock for sale!
http://bringatrailer.com/listing/1972-mallock-mkllb14/
The type of car JD (sorta kinda if you squint and have maybe had a few) was inspired by.
Not street legal, but I'll bet it goes fast enough to be all kinds of fun.

A friend of mine listed these pedals on ebay, but mis-titled them, so they might go for next to nothing:

I keep seeing very high shipping cost on most feeBay listings.

Guys need to look into some of the other size Flat Rate boxes the USPS only offers on-line.
For example, the "Large Game Box" #PS00011000074.
23.5" x 3.0" x 12.0" ships at about $18.00

There is also a fairly long triangular box I have used to ship a TR4 driveshaft.
Sorry I do not have the number handy.

The post offices only keep a few common square boxes in stock but there are several more useful boxes available on-line.
