I've been absent a while from this forum. I've had some personal and medical issues that have just taken too much out of me. I'm getting out of the car hobby business in its entirety. I'm starting with my unfinished locost project. Assuming I live another couple of years I hope I can just buy one completed someday, but for now I'm liquidating everything. To start, please see the page. Thanks everyone...

Sorry to hear about your health. Hopefully you get better soon and can get a Locost on the road some day. That price seems VERY reasonable! If I didn't have my donor and collection of parts already going I'd jump on it!

Sorry to hear about your health. If I wasn't saving for a wedding, I'd probably be on the next plane out to VA with a U-Haul. Someone is going to be very lucky to pick up your project.

Sorry to hear about your health problems. I had to retire a while back, 3 heart attacks and a defibulator, but life goes on. FWIW I have gotten even more into my hobby as a mental health exercise as well as needed physical exercise. My Dr. gives me a bad time every time I see him asking how many engines and transmissions have I carried to this I invite him over to help. While I might not be able to lift as much or work as fast or long I find I still get things done. Unless you need the $ out of your project it might be worth holding onto and continuing as you can.

Sorry to hear that. Your project looks like a good deal for someone. Too far away for me. All the best.

I'm a disabled vet so I get my health care(?) thru the VA. It makes no difference when I get there I don't get to leave till about 6.

if that auction doesn't work out, and you want to part some of it out, I'd be interested in some bits.
