OK Guys, listen up! Gainesville is my adopted home in the Missouri Ozarks. This year they are having their FIRST annual 4th of July day parade. The first time around, entry is pretty much open to whoever wants to join. I thought it would be great to introduce the joy that is Locosting to these folks. While trucks and Harleys are the favored transports around here, the guys are all into cars of any shape and/or form in a big way! We're just North of the Arkansas line about 60 miles East of Branson. If anyone's interested, please let me know!

That's a shame, Russ. Your car would be a great example. Maybe another 'Great' example will pop up! Thanks anyway!

Well, I really hoped someone would give this a try. A lot of people around here have heard about Locosts (Mostly from yours truly), but none of them, aside from my family, have actually seen one! The parade is being organized as an example of "good ol', down home, small town, family fun" and I thought the Locosts would fit right in! :(

OK, I'm going to give this one more try. "Well, I really hoped someone would give this a try. The parade is being organized as an example of "good ol', down home, small town, family fun" and I thought the Locosts would fit right in!" As I said in an earlier post, this is Gainesvilles first 4th of July parade and we are hoping to get as decent a turnout as the annual Christmas parade does. That one draws a lot of car clubs. We've had MGs, TRs as well as various classics and antiques. The local Equestrian club is coming and who-knows-what-else. Things kick off at 10:00am, and the parade assembles at 9:30.
