As far as I know each builder will have at least one "fix" to do. Our was in 08. Let us know when.

Brenda, as long as we are on that subject, I seem to remember that Brent was (maybe) going to rebuild the Stalker or sell and build a Locost this Winter. How is that plan coming along?

He has decided to hold onto it for another year...
He still wants to put a soft top on it. This means though that the windshield needs to be moved.
Told him should be completed by next event. "A winter garage project".

Well I hope I am not jinxing myself by putting this out too early but I think I finally have a running 7. The rough running was caused by a stuck closed choke. And I think I have that fixed. Now to put some miles on her and check for leaks. It has taken over 6 months of frustration and money to get to this point. Fingers crossed. Russ

Russ, I COMPLETELY understand.Nothing is ever as easy as it looks.

Best of luck. Hopefully things are finally fixed and you can enjoy what driving season is left.

Make it large print. Eyes are failing but I would love to read your book!!

I do identify somewhat with your dilemma. Took about a year to get my 4AGE running with the Mega Squirt. And I had lots of help.

Bon Fortuna going forward. Hope you have it beat.

Cheers,

Well my locost had been running for great for a month now. I think it is going to be ok. May take her up to Wisconsin in a week for some chilly drives. Russ

Russ,

That's great news. If you get to Green Bay say Hi to Steve!

Cheers

We'll get it worked out. That's actually not a bad time. My wife is in SoCal with my daughter and they leave the 6th. I have at least one weekend totally free!! Hmm.
