I've never had any trouble getting my Locost accepted by British car groups. Even the local Lotus club lets me tag along. No one seems to notice it's not a real 7, except for the local M.G. club, which accepts it as an M.G. special.

From what I've observed, most of the Cobras at Cobra meets are not real Cobras.

Oh I know, just messing with you. The reality is that if only authentic cars are allowed, they're shooting themselves in the foot attendance-wise. The Mini club even let my "mid-engine 'Seven' " attend their events.
