Looking for any thing you got for Christmas that was Locost related. For me, I got some neat personalized slate coasters.

I had some help from Botbasher. He sent me the CAD file he used for cutting the grills(thanks!). I took it and converted it to a .eps file format, which is what the coaster maker needed. Then I sent the file out to family as part of my xmas wish list. My wife bought these for me. Kind of pricey at ~$50 for 2 sets of 4 with wire racks. But hey, it's Christmas!

I'd like to see what others got for Christmas.

I got a handheld IR pyrometer for checking tire temps when I roll off the course and a trip to driver's school in the Spring.

I don't have a picture, but my awesome wife got me a Lego caterham for Christmas. Took about 2.5 hours to put it together Christmas morning. A tiny bit quicker than the locost.

Ha, my wife got me the same thing! We haven't put it together yet, it'll be something locost related for us to do together.

I got a t shirt that says:

I love
When
my wife
Let's me buy car parts

Along with a coupon valid for the purchase of a new engine for the seven, but she put some small print at the bottom saying that terms and conditions apply. I was so excited till I read the small print.

Nope, didn't get that grinder he mentioned either...

We took the grand-daughter to see Santa here in town. After the photo-op, I walked up to Santa and asked for a new Aston Martin. He said, "I bet you haven't been that good." Astute judge of character, that old elf...

I got the Lego Caterham as well. And my pedals, and my steering wheel. I wonder how good I'll have to be to get that Gear Vendors overdrive for the Super T-10 next year?... :chev:
