I am planning on building a lowcost and was browsing the forums. I see a bunch of questions on what to use for a wiring it. I have built a Triumph TR6 and rewired it w/ a Classic Technologies fuse box. The fuse box was so nicely laid out and it had all the circuits and relays I wanted and needed to rewire my car. The fuse box is like 2 1/2 X 4 X 6 and it has 13 fuses, a horn relay, high and low beam relays, hazard flasher relay, signal flasher, ignition, starter and accessory power relays. Its really nice it has everything. Plus you get color coded wire, a nice color electrical schematic, instructions and more. I will definitely use it again when I do my lowcost. Here is a picture of it.

It looks sweet, but wow, a bit pricier than I want to spend. But it looks like a sweet fuse box!

Yea I know it seems pricey and it may go against the lowcost motto, but when you start adding up all the bits and pieces you need, (harness, fuse blocks, relays flashers, extra's) and then the time it take to layout the whole electrical system, its not that bad. Its really well made, solid steel with a powder coated finish.

Anyway there's lots of options and lots of solutions and this may not be for everyone. But I was really happy with the product and it gave me everything including a really neat installation and start to finish, it went in quick. Just thought it may help a few Lowcoster's out there.

I am itching to start and it may be this winter. But w/ the 2 small children, I either cant make any noise at night, or the $$ goes elsewhere. I also have to finish up my neighbors 67 mustang before I start on something else. But I might buy a whole bunch of square tubing and start the bird cage.
