Those look a lot better. I'm willing to bet most of your flex is in the plate. Carrying the tubes all of the way to the balljoint will significantly stiffen it.

How much clearance is between the arm and the wheel when everything is static?

After moving a few things in cad I think we will have .5" currently there is about 1/2 that I believe

Yeah my gut originally told me to do it like this but somehow I was convinced by someone else to go the other route since it worked for them in the past. Lesson learned. I will post up new data once we can fab up the new arms and get them on the car.
