The Haynes Roadster used poly bushings on the A-arm pivots. Has anyone here used those instead of rod ends? If so, how did they hold up over time?

I had bad results with poly bushings in sedans, where they tended to squeak and wear at the pivot bolts. But they were *much* more highly loaded than on a Locost.

Wheezer did. Even made his own. He hasn't logged on in a while but might answer a PM?

Not sure what you're going for, have you considered Delrin? Super easy to machine and not squeaky.
