Yeh I'm surprised that this hasnt hit me sometime in the past 3 years...

I have a kawasaki ex500, rear shock is quite adjustable, almost as adjustable as the r1 parts I'm using. anyway, I cant get an exact figure on the spring rate, Ive found every number between 250 (would be perfect) and 400. I'm guesstimatin that the spring rate is close to 350 though. Anyway I'll try and get some more info, but right now this is all I have...

have you tried some weights and a ruler?
just keep adding weight until the spring has compressed 1 inch and you have your rate
:D
