The cage work looks great. Do you know what class was the civic built for that allows that many mounting points to the chassis??

The civic was built for NASA Honda Challenge H4 class.
Honda Challenge allows unlimited stiffening of the chassis (with the cage) beyond the standards of the rules, but if you stiffen the car beyond the standards you are required to run 30 lbs of additional ballast.

The additional stiffness of the flimsy chassis is well worth the 30 lbs ballast in my book.

I think you've got it backwards. He said it was unlimited stiffening not ballast. All you are required to have but is 30 lbs of ballast! :twisted:
