Maybe lower the front valance to give it a more up to date look and maybe keep Ferrari off our backs.

I wonder if they'd let us borrow it and make a mold?

Not quite the 750 Monza, but some builders local to me here in Brisbane have been doing this:

Actually I was thinking of it as a donor car. Front engine, four cylinders, rear wheel drive...what's not to love?

What did they use for filler between the slats Dom?

I didn't realise you were in Bris (my home town), I thought Perth for some reason - I may drop by next time I'm in Oz?

Have you ever been to White Pointer or seen the "Bella" kit for the Locost chassis?

Don't know Mark - I just grabbed those pics from a thread on OzClubbies. I'll have a search for more info but I suspect the detailed thread was on the "old" Oz-Clubbies forum which disappeared :(

More than welcome to drop in - I'm in north-west Brisneyland. Drop me a PM here or (better) email me direct: dominic AT diysportscar DOT com .

Seen quite a bit of the Bella and the old Whitepointer workshop. Reinhold (the founder) has retired and sold the business so any Bella and other parts are made by him at home now I believe. There's a Bella bodied Westfield running around Brisbane that's been widened and has a Ferrari 308 V8 and Supra gearbox. Painted bright scarlet with prancing horse badges and called "Bella Fury". Apparently goes pretty well  Thought I had a photo but can't find it.

If I remember correctly that yellow car has a Nissan SR20DET with a bunch of HP and goes insanely fast - note the intercooler.

Yeah, like he said. Good looking, reminds me of a Ginetta G4. (That's intended as a compliment. In my mind, at least!)
