The frame color turned out better than I was hoping. :D We used "silvadillo" as the reflective base coat and "shimmer candy red" as the top coat.
Body color will most likely be the black magic pearl.

BTW - Inspiration for the sparkling candy red, black, & silver color scheme came from an Asics running shoe.

Machined down some cups for the leds they slide in and use a set screw so there is no visible wires.

Pook, awesome build! Particularly liked the way you attached the pans to the round-tube lower frame rails. I looked hard at the pics and reviewed your earlier posts to see how you did it, but still had a couple of questions:
Looks like you rivet the pan every 3"-4" to square-tube crossmembers and then bolt the pan to tabs welded every 6"-8" along the round tube. Is that correct?
Do you use any adhesive or sealant, particularly along the round-tube seam? Is there any metal forming along the edge of the pan to add stiffness or to partially wrap the tube? Normal aluminum skins or stiff stuff like 6061-T6? Any flutter along the edge of the pan at speed?

Should be obvious I really like the way you did this and am going to tuck it away in my chassis fab file. Thanks for sharing.

Just read the entire thread in one sitting. Awesome is used all the time these days but that is the only way to describe what I just seen in this thread. Why can't I get a LS7 powered Exo out of my head right now. Poor kids better get a scholarship cause daddy's fixing to spent that. LOL. Great job. Can't wait to see the V8 done.

So we made our way down to Pook's palace in KY to meet and greet the builder and retrieve the TR-82. The car is even better looking in person. Pics cannot do it justice. Nice work PooK. After gathering some items not yet installed and providing some instruction PooK sent us on way. 775 miles later the car was back in upstate NY.

Now the real work begins for my son & I. We have a laundry list of items to get through in order to finish the car. Good thing we like a challenge.

Cheap is right, admitting there is a problem is the first step to getting help

Tom, sorry I missed a few days...
Yes, its how we build our woods buggies the rivits stop the buzz and the bolts do the heavy lifting.
I don't seal the pan any longer on the exo cars (BT's filled up like a fish tank) but would on a body type build.
