I just finished the bottom layer of the tube frame. I hope to have some pictures of a 3-D frame to bring.

Hi guys,
Just a heads up. I was looking at the Machine House Brewery web site, and they don't open untill noon.

I forgot, they kind of do their own thing there. I went there on a Sunday and they ran out of beer. Keep in mind the pub is at the brewery but really, they ran out of beer. A buddy of mine ordered a 5 gallon firkin about a week before he wanted it. When he got there, sorry, no firkin for you. Great beer though, when you can get it.

Can we meet at noon or does someone want to recommend another gathering spot.

Mike

Maybe we could hit the burger place across the street for an early lunch and then move across the street for a beer or two. If they are open then.

Great idea. A buddy of mine claims the burger place is pretty good.

Do we have a confirmed time/place for gathering this Saturday?

Well it seems like the choices on the table are (1) reschedule at Machine House for noon, or (2) meet at Zippy's burgers across the street at 11 and then go to Machine House for a pint at noon when they open. I am fine with either. I will, for sure, be at Machine House because I need to get a growler for Saturday night.

Please just let me know if anyone wants to meet for a burger first.

Haven't had a burger in ages! I'm ready. Eleven at Zippy's works for me.

I will be at Zippy's at 11, I hope the weather works out, because I would like to bring my car.

The forecast isn't looking good for a lengthy drive without a top. I'll be at Zippy's at 11 somehow. Might just have to bring a photo for those that haven't seen the little beast lately.

I'll be there. May be a few minutes late due to grand-twins soccer games.

Thanks to Mike for setting this up. It was a nice low key gathering of 4 Locost enthusiasts. Burien Larry drove his car. It was chilly and the roads were wet when I left my house. Cleared up and would have been a nice Locost driving day.

Just as a heads up, you don't show up you get talked about. Those that have been there in the past were missed. Maybe next time?

Glad you guys were able to make this happen. I'm sorry I missed out, but the timing just wasn't going to allow it. Next time though...

It was a great meeting and as a very new builder it was helpful for me to meet folks who have built a car. Maybe we can get together in December for the Seattle Locost Holiday Party.
