Looking boo-ti-ful, Perry. Are those ear plugs or speakers you've got on?

My wife thinks I have ear plugs in all the time time. Whenever she asks, I just say, "Huh?"

Cheers,

Those are silicone molded earplugs that followed me home from work when I retired.

I just say I thought wife was talking to our mini Weiner dog, Fergie

It was hot today, about 85F, so hot that it made sense to drive 45 miles to and from Tim Hortons in Camrose for an Ice Capp, and get some wind through my hair.
Any excuse to drive the 7 :D Sometimes we drive to get bugs on the grill and windshield so we can wash it and drive it again

Took another vacation to break up retirement. Back to the Rocky Mountains. We just love carving the winding pavement through the rock piles. This time there was very much smoke from the fires in British Columbia. Mountain visibility was poor, but the driving was priceless. Some pics.

What is behind us is not before us! (C'mon guys you know what movie that was from! But I didn't tear off the rear view mirror)

Getting' some wind through the stash, but if you look closely, you will see the smokey ghost mountains in the back ground.

So today we did the San Bernardino National Forest cruise. We started out at 985 ft altitude and peaked out at just over 6000 ft altitude. The clouds/smog were below us at the summit. The pictures don’t do the scenes justice because they show no depth. Just under a 95mile cruise all total. The average speed 25-40 mph climbing, descending, and cruising the hill. We started out roasting, at the summit we were chilled, but warmed up as we came back down to earth. But don't get me wrong, we're loving it!
It's just below zero and lightly snowing at home in Alberta. :ack:

Very nice, Perry.

That looks like Highway 243 to me. That video ended about 2 miles out from our mountain house. I climbed those 2 mountain peaks on the left as your video was ending. No fancy videos, but I do have proof.
