Just like the title says where can I buy some 2.5" diameter progressive springs? Preferably somewhere that'll make springs custom as well.

Both QA1 and Hypercoil make 2.5" dual rate springs. Lengths are very limited. If one of them has what you want, order from Summit.

Eibach will make two different rate springs that get stacked.
