Anyone on here know about Nascar Mini Cup cars?

I've got a line on one with a blown motor that's cheep cheep cheep

I'm wondering if it would be a suitable donor for a Ninja powered B Mod.

A bit about the car . It looks like a 1/2 scale Winston Cup car with a fiberglass body. It has an aluminum race seat, Roll cage, rack and pinion front end with upper an lower A Arms, front coilovers and a 3 gallon fuel cell.

I don't know anything about the rear end setup. I'm waiting for pics. It was powered by a 13hp modified Honda horizontal shaft 4 stroke. Guy says it would do about 75mph  before it blew up.

I'm waiting for pics, but this sounds like a badass little go cart.

Im guessing they are same as the cup lite series that used to run at one of our local oval tracks.
The cup lites ran a snowmobile engine and a cvt. The chassis that some of the guys run are made by NC chassis and had a gocart style solid axel with coilovers.

That looks a lot like what I'm talking about. Roof escape hatch and all.

What are you doing? Didn't you just get rid of a project to make some working room in your garage? It sounds like you should quit reading classified ads for a couple of months? :D

That's probably a good idea. I have a couple of standard searches I run every day looking for parts. Sometimes something pops up and I get wild ideas.

It's those voices that let me know I'm still alive

Headed to the garage in a few to put the Barnet spring clutch kit in the R1

It's not a Bandolero, but the engine and drive appear to be similar.
It's a 1/2 scale Winston cup body. Single seat, rack and pinion steering coilovers up front, straight rear axle
