Hey fellow car nuts, I could use your help.

BostonWill would like to get my Caterham bonnet.

Bonnet and I are in Greensboro NC BostonWill - you guessed it is in Boston.

Can we arrange a Locost peep to peep move to get bonnet from A to B?

Looking for volunteers to meet up and share a beverage to keep the dream moving.

Good idea Tommy! Hope it goes well. We can use cooperation like this. Would join in if I could. I'm too far away and don't have any travel plans.

I don't know if it will work.
I do know the first rule of purchasing though. You don't get what you don't ask for.

I'm actually just north about 8 miles of downtown Boston in Melrose.

A couple of other sites I am on are trying to get this started right now as well. One site is calling this the "underground train" to help each other get parts more easily moved around the country. Its not typically so much the costs as it it the difficulty of crating/packaging requirements needed to ship items by carrier. Then the size and weight go up considerably.

Thanks for the consideration and even if this does not work for me this time (I will be very sad) maybe we can get this going for others in the future!

Thom
