How will you get air to the intercooler?

Oh, and just 'cause an engine's aluminum, it doesn't mean it's necessarily light. Try very hard to weigh it first.

probably with a scoop like Ar-i-el At-om etc.

i have a copy of your book in the mail. a car that inspired me so much. i have to have the book!

wow, it's been a while since I've been here last. Project has pretty much been on hold (read: it hasn't started yet) on account of a few things, just looking at my drawings though really make me want to get going though. Hopefully some time late this summer. :?

Hmmm... I guess not.

That's too bad. I really like Gen2 Neons.

Dodge, you got me good with this one! I saw the date on the first post and thought I was in for an happy outcome for this idea. A good example of how planning and research can sometimes lead to a kill decision for a project.

Middie Tim, if your project is still in consideration, I've got a new book out that provides plans for a mid-engine "Seven", which could save you time on the design end of things. See link in sig.

Any progress? I've got a csrt4 sitting, that if I can't sell I may consider building a middy out of. I think I would try and fit a manx style dune buggy body around the frame.

have you seen this build, https://forums.neons.org/viewtopic.php?f=51&t=408954 ?
